Month not translated in details of a graphic

Hello everyone,

I'm making a report with several pages in two languages (English and Spanish) to publish on the web. It was hard, but I think it is almost finished, especially with date management in both languages.

I understand that some parts of dates I cannot change of language but this is done according to the browser language, however, when I am on a page in Spanish and my mouse pointer near to get details in the graphic I noted the month in details is not translated, but so it in other parts on the graphic. I appreciate it if someone helps me to fix this.
