They are using a font to show various icons, this probably means there was an issue downloading the font file. Try clearing the cache on your browser and reloading the page.

Problem is happening only in IE browser for the entire environment, PBIRS please can somene what is missing ?

Tried in chrome its working fine

Anonymous did clearing the cache in IE have any effect? I can't reproduce your issue. All my browsers display the icon fonts correctly.

No, everything is included in the installer. Try doing a ctrl-F5 refresh or deleting your temporary internet files (see https://refreshyourcache.com/en/internet-explorer-11/)
