Cannot open jira billing reports

Everytime I try to open a billing report through jira I recieve the same error message.

DataSource.Error: Failed to find or load the registred Framework Data Provider.. This is a configuration issue with the file 'C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v.4.0.30319\Config\machine.config'.

Hi @WonOperations,

Are you connecting to JIRA content pack on service? If so, did you see the same error when connecting to other type of content pack? Also, connect to the same JIRA on a different machine, did issue persist?

From the error message, it might be related to the .NET Framework. Please re-installed .NET framework and restarted the server for a test. Reference: Failed to find or load the registered .Net Framework Data Provider
