I can see the Power BI report using Safari, Firefox, and Chrome. My Office 365 is Business Pro. But most of my customers who have 365 subscription can't see the reports. One of my customer with the same subscription can only see the report using Safari. Any idea?

Hi,

I'm currently trying to figure out why Mac computers aren't able to connect to Power BI on premise. These computers are joined to the domain and working fine with all other services, except out Power BI portal. Power BI portal is on premise, not clustered and configured with Kerberos authentication protocol:

<AuthenticationTypes>
<RSWindowsNegotiate/>
</AuthenticationTypes>

The server accepts only https connections outside of localhost.

I'm not getting any error messages in the server's log. Not in D:\Program Files\Microsoft Power BI Report Server\PBIRS\LogFiles nor in the server's Event Log.

For the Mac user, the pages are shown in Safari as completely blank and in Chrome as 401 error.

Windows users can access the portal fine and are able to view reports.

Power BI server's version: 15.0.2.389

Any thoughts?

Br, Sören

The issue got resolved in our environment by adding the Mac user's account to the report server.
