It looks like you have an invalid certificate? Also, I know that they recently deprecated support for certain versions of TLS.

You could check the Issues forum here:

https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/idb-p/Issues

And if it is not there, then you could post it.

If you have Pro account you could try to open a support ticket.

I had configured Power BI Report Server with http, and after configuring the access by https, eliminating http access, I cannot upload .pbix files to the portal, nor can I access the properties of the already uploaded reports.

The https navigation in the report portal works correctly but

When trying to upload a .pbix file, this error occurs in the logs:

2020-03-08 17: 04: 55.6588 | INFO | 82 | Received request POST /api/v2.0/catalogitems | RequestID = s_af273783-5eb5-4f7f-bb2b-213f424cddb8
2020-03-08 17: 05: 03.7163 | ERROR | 82 | The connection is terminated: A trust relationship cannot be established for the SSL / TLS secure channel. RequestID = s_af273783-5eb5-4f7f-bb2b-213f424cddb8

When trying to access the properties of a .pbix this error occurs:

2020-03-08 16: 28: 52.3742 | ERROR | 75 | OData exception occurred: System.Net.WebException: The connection is terminated: A trust relationship cannot be established for the SSL / TLS secure channel. ---> System.Security.Authentication.AuthenticationException: The remote certificate is not valid according to the validation procedure.

By removing the https configuration and restoring the communication via http everything works correctly.

Can you help me?
