How do I get Paginated Reports to work if I currently have the free version of Report Server?

Hi,

It seems almost impossible to find much information on this specific question. My company currently has the free version of Report Server, I have downloaded the Report Builder application but have realised that I need to connect to a Dataset on the Report Server. Currently I don't seem to have this option and I am wondering if the barrier is due to an Admin option which needs selecting or if, as is explained in multiple articles for Paginated Reports for Power BI Service, we need to purchase a 'Premium' Report Server capacity to have the capability to run Paginated Reports on Report Server?

I was not aware that there was a free version of Power BI Report Server.
