topic reports usage metric in Report Server

Hi,

I've created a 'report finder' using the Reports Usage Metrics to consolidate and monitor all the reports created and published in the web. But it seems that it's not updating whenever there's a report that has been deleted or renamed. What seems to happen is that it is like duplicating the report so the list is becoming huge overtime where in fact the report they found has already been deleted/renamed and its causing confusion to the user. Is there a way to remove the deleted/renamed reports in the reports usage metrics?

Thank you in advance! :)
