I have created power bi report for Power BI Report Server and Connect to datasets from the Power BI service from Power BI Desktop and I have published in PB report server. But that connection code was created like below and could you give solution to how can I can connect the power bi report PB report server to Power BI service data set

You forgot to post your connection code, but I don't think that matters as the PBIService is listed here https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/report-server/data-sources as being one of the data sources that is NOT supported on PBIRS.

I think if you are using data sets on PowerBI.com your only option at the moment is to also publish your reports on the service.
