      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can I use Power Bi Report Server Developer Edition with SQL Server 2017 Developer Edition on my company laptop only for learning purposes? I don't want to use it in production enviornment. It will be used only locally, no reports will be shared to users.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
