No love for the on-prem users this time i guess. Pretty sure I have seen a roadmap where both 'PowerPivot model refresh' and 'Export to Excel for Power BI reports' was planned for the may release. Was looking forward to those :(

Though I like to see that 'New filter experience' is set to be GA with may release, so we use that for the report server version.

If you open your report in regular Power BI Desktop and enable new filter pane, save and open in Power BI Desktop Report Server then it will show up, at least it did in Januarys release.
