SharePoint Refresh - Failure

Hi, i have an report which data source is share point. Since last Friday the dataset is not able of refrashing. (In both cases at service and at desktop). I have an error message attached. Can somebody assist me to resolve this problem?

Hello,

At least the version desktop you will need to download the Acess DataBase 64 bits.

I have currently the same problem trying to refresh the data from the service. When I found out how to solve it I will let you know.

Hello Ritaf,

I share with you this thread, about the problem in Service: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Service/Power-BI-online-refresh-Microsoft-ACE-OLEDB-12-0-error/m-p/676662.

Currently the unique solution is to convert your source files in the format you are working, 64 bits or 32 bits. ( if they are .xls to .xlxs etc)
