In the first phase, we plan to only migrate content from SSRS in SharePoint integrated mode to PBIRS (so that we can upgrade SharePoint).</P><P>Does this mean that we immediately need to license all report developers with the PRO license? We will not give them Power BI desktop in the first phase, they will only continue using paginated reports.
