How to remove the header part of report server without using special single report URL?

I am trying to figure out how to remove the very large header when viewing a report from the on-premises report server. Many of our uses use laptops, and the headers fill up most of the screen.

I know you can add on to the hyperlink, for a single report, to change how a single report displays, but that doesn't help our users. I am looking for a way to browse the report server, view reports, and not have the very large header take up 30 percent of the top of the screen when the user views it.

Any ideas?
