PowerBI application registration with AAD B2C

I need to create a proof of concept that will enable our application to:

1. Authenticate our Azure application using AAD B2C with PowerBI (any online references use AAD only)

2. Authenticate users using AAD B2C and MSAL (completed)

3. Display available reports using MSAL accessToken

Can anyone please confirm this is possible? or recommend a better approach?
