How to detect if semantic model is direct query versus direct lake

Hello,

I have one table in warehouse and want to use it as composite model together with direct lake tables.

How to check if i do not have direct lake fallback? How to check it?

Option 1) In Power BI Service, Open your Semantic Model -> DAX Query view -> Go to DAX Query View and run "

EVALUATE TABLETRAITS()" --> Find the [DirectLakeFallbackInfo] --> If it is empty you are good to go, if not you have fallback and it does show you the reason behind it in that column.

Option 2) In Power BI Desktop, Open Performance Analyzer. In the results if you see DirectQuery - meaning that you have fallback. If you only see DAX Query you are good to go.
