How to add Power BI action bar in embedded applications for your customers(App owns data) ?

I am embedding reports for customers in ISV Application. They want an Action bar that has a share, export and subscribe option.
Is it possible for customers(App owns data)? If yes then how?

The above solution works only for embedded applications for organization and not for customers(app only scenario)... can some one help how can we achieve this with App Only embed feature (using service principal)

I still haven't found relevant information on how to make the "action bar" work for ISV staging; more than anything, I'm interested in how to export the complete report, for example.
