@almagp If you are talking about the external tool, Power BI Helper – A Power BI Tool That Helps!, it is developed by Radacad which has a very positive reputation overall so it should be OK to use. Every company has different standards though, some do not allow third-party tools at all.

To be 100% safe and follow company rules, you must ask your IT Security or Information Security (InfoSec) team first before downloading or using any Third-Party tool like Power BI Helper

So do not use it until they approve it (This is the standard rule in companies to protect data) Just send them a quick message to ask about the approval process
