Think about it as a progression

PL-300 : You know how to create reports in Power BI

DP-600 : You also know how to use the Fabric features for your reports

DP-700: You also know how to administer both Power BI and Fabric

So depending on the job specs one certificate may be a sufficient booster, or all three may be required (and then some)

Hi community, I have a topic about certification's type and what's most value in real world?

You have one: Microsoft certificate of achievement, PL300... Microsot pather...

You have another: Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate

so both are the same subject, "Power BI" in the real world,

What is it most value to employer?

What is it approach to real job?

Comments are welcome; if you can experience please

thanks in advance.

Hello @Peter_23 ,

PL-300 is the code of the exam and basically Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate is same with PL-300.

This certification is valuable because it measures your Power BI skills based on some subjects. You can check it from here:

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/certifications/resources/study-guides/pl-300

Based on these subjects like data modeling, DAX fundamentals, Power Query; it shows that you have a profession. So if you apply job, hiring managers accept that you have a profession on Power BI and it takes you one step ahead on someone who doesn't have a certificate.

It does not mean you are an expert if you get this certificate but you have more luck on interviews.
