Primary validation timed out error

Hi,
I am getting "Primary validation timed out" error on azure maps visualization when service embedded report is opened in MS edge / chrome browser. Previously, it was working fine.

However, the azure map works absolutely fine when opened normally on service report. Following is the details of the error.

Note: The report when changed to filled map works fine but not with Azure map. The embedded report URL works fine for colleagues who works from a different location (India) using VDI. I assume this is an issue with the location (check cluster URI)

Please try the following steps to fix the issue:

Clear your browser's cache and cookies, check if your internet connection or firewall is blocking anything, try opening the report in a different browser like Firefox, make sure your browser is up to date, check if the Power BI cluster link is accessible from your network, and visit the Azure service status page to see if there are any ongoing problems.

Thanks for your reply.

I cleared cache and cookie, still doesn't work. Firewall is not blocking anything. Browser is up to date. Power BI cluster link is not accessible from my network and no ongoing problems in Azure service status page.
The only solution that worked was opening the same link in firefox.

However, I want the power bi link to be openened in MS edge. Can you please advise on this?

Even I am facing the same issue. When I try to open the report in edge/firefox/chrome it is throwing "Primary validation timed out" error

1. In Power BI Service, the error appears only on the first report load with Azure Maps, but subsequent reports load fine.

2. Republished reports and different report names do not affect the issue.

I am having the same issue with multiple reports.

It does seem to be related to how intensive the calculation for dot size or other data points is.

Has anyone found a solution?
