How can we do the automation of Fabric Lakehouse and Fabric warehouse creation for migration.

Any references or worksarounds would be appreciated.

I'd like to suggest you tired to use rest api to automation create lakehouse/warehouse:

Lakehouse management API - Microsoft Fabric | Microsoft Learn

Items - Create Warehouse - REST API (Warehouse) | Microsoft Learn

Items - Create Lakehouse - REST API (Lakehouse) | Microsoft Learn

In addition, currently it seem like not support automation migration these type items. You may need to manually these options to cross workspace reference or re-create a new Lakehouse/warehouse based on original data source.
