I've digging into the online documentation and found that the <A href="https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/api/microsoft.powerbi.api.v1.datasets.postdatasetwithhttpmessagesasync?view=powerbiapi-1.1.10" target="_self">V1 Api</A> seems only work for Power BI Embedded.
