429 - too many requests. There are a lot of forum threads here that discuss how to reduce your load on the Google Sheets interface. Please use the search function.

Regarding the issue you raised, my solution is as follows:

1.Firstly, remove unnecessary columns, rows, and formatting to reduce the file size.

2.Secondly, minimise complex formulas and calculations in Google Sheets, and instead, perform data processing and calculations in Power BI.

3.Next, install and configure the Power BI gateway to enable scheduled data refreshes from Google Sheets, even when the file is not open.
