Timeseries chart with date selections

Hi Friends,

I want to draw a Month on Month actual sales chart by MonthYear using below data. Please suggest how can we acieve this ?

Always one month Year will be selected in the filter to filter out the other data except this chart in the report.

My selection in report is November'24, chart is getting filtered to Nov'24 data but requirement is to show all the bars irrespective of my selection.

Actually page will show the current month's value on different metrics. Along with other KPI's user would like to see the sales month on Month.

the standard approach is to feed your slicer from a disconnected table and then use measures to read the slicer value.

Okay. could you ppls share some reference links or any samples for me to understand and rethink on the design.

Don't we have any function to negate the selected values ?
