I already have an Azure app, and I have the access token that we use to test the API in the Power BI Playground portal. In the Playground, I can enter both the "Embed token," "Embed URL," and "tenant ID," and then I click "Run." However, it loads and displays the error "This content is not available" instead of the embedded report.
