I have high resolution data for all the world, like average height in a particular lat/long on earth.

I need to create a layer from that.

Ideally the map will show different colors around those lat/long data.

And then I have lat/long data that represent houses with a a certain economical value at a particular point on earth.

I need to add this house/value layer on top of the height layer and find how much value is in each height band range.

Not sure how to represent the height data and how to aggregate them.

Let's sy that I have height in 100m bands and I want to know how much houses are between 0-100 m, 100-200 m and so on
