Dynamic filter selection to return 4 columns per selection within a table visual

Thank you for your patience, beginner user in Power Bi:

Data Source format excel file

My data set has Unique identifiers for each KPIs and four (4) columns per quarter – each quarter is defined by the last date of the reporting period.

Filter will be created using: Q1 31/3/2024, Q2 31/12/2024, Q3 31/3/2025 & Q4 30/6/2025

The objective is to return the applicable 4 columns for each quarter within a table/visual after the filter Q1,Q2,Q3 or Q4 selection has been made.

Example Option 1 : test file is a combination of 4 individual files that have been used during each quarter to update progress of the KPI

resulting in there being 1288 rows contaning KPI being counted as opposed to the 322 for the year.

Example Option 2 : test file is one file source overwritten at the end of each quarter a total of 322 KPIs for the year

Is there DAX code that might be able to display specific columns realting to the target, actual, status and comments isolated out to the quarter being selected?

I can't seem to find what I require in Google and YouTube searches only findign a summary of the values which is not relevant in this case.
