Power BI Paginated Report Err: Function 'PLACEHOLDER' encountered a Text that exceeds the maximum

Hi everyone, I had successfully created and deployed this power BI paginated report in the workspace environment for about 2 months, but now it stops working and gives me this error. Has there any updates/changes recently that messed with my report? Any idea how to fix this?

Error:

MdxScript(Model) (5, 5) Calculation error in measure '<ccon>SharePoint Images</ccon>'[<ccon>Display Image</ccon>]: Function 'PLACEHOLDER' encountered a Text that exceeds the maximum allowable length. (Microsoft Analysis Services)

The error is for the DAX calculation of images that I turned into base64 and concatenated (this came from Power BI desktop but posted the calculation here):

According to your description, it seems like you got some error in your paginated report: the function 'PLACEHOLDER' encountered a text that exceeds the maximum allowable length. However, the report worked well before. In order to make further troubleshooting, could you please provide the following info?

Is there any recent changes have been made to the data or expression? If so, try reverting back to the previous version and see if the error still occurs.
Please check the length of the text being passed to the ‘PLACEHOLDER’ function and ensuring that it is within the maximum allowable length.

Thank you, the error was identified and resolved. One of the images was saved as a large size which broke the report.
