Conditional Selected value columns

I am working on a report which has to display a projected value column for this year and no Projected value column for the previous years.

I have used Selected values to be able to derive the columns that need to be be displayed, I also have a measure called year indicator. I want the column Projected usage to display when year indicator is 1( ie current year) and not display when the indicator is 0( previous years).

Display current year = {

("Display Subscription", NAMEOF('vw_PBI_Overages'[Display Subscription]), 0),

("Display Usage", NAMEOF('vw_PBI_Overages'[Display Usage]), 1),

("Display Available", NAMEOF('vw_PBI_Overages'[Display Available]), 2),

("Display 12 Month Projection", NAMEOF('vw_PBI_Overages'[Display 12 Month Projection]), 3)

}

Here is my code below which gets me the 4 columns. I need to be able to display only first 3 columns when Year indicator is not 1.

Can you please share a pbix or some dummy data that keep the raw data structure with expected results? It should help us clarify your scenario and test to coding formula.
