topic Azure PowerBI Embedded Capacity - Track individual user utilisation in Developer

I am looking to set up an Azure A1 capacity for PowerBI embedded. We are taking the multi-tenant approach to embed for our customers. I was wondering if there is a way to track individual capacity utilisation for different wokspaces/profiles that will be utilising the capacity?

As well as this, is it possible to cap utilisation per workspace/profile? This is so we can ensure one customer isn't using up the whole capacity with a single report.

For these usage, I'd like to suggest you use audit log to trace these detail user activities.

Track user activities in Power BI - Power BI | Microsoft Learn

In addition, you can also take a look at the following document about mange capacity but it seems required premium license.

Configure and manage capacities in Power BI Premium - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
Regards,
