Custom Visual not working online

HI All, I developered a basic new Visual, it is working fine in Power BI Desktop (including while debugging it online) but when i upload it into my online report it dose not work, the only indication it gives me is THIS LINK , please see pictures ....
i tried to remove some fields and filters, still seems the same ... (the visual not published anywere and not certified)

Hi @Anonymous ,

Please check whether the column name in your visual contains some special charactes. As far as I know, this will cause the issue.

Or you may show us more details in 'Learn more', we need to know the error message.

Also, what kind of script are using to create the visual, python or R script.

Hi,
Thank you for your reply, to your questions , "Learn More" just gives me a link to MIcrosoft page THIS LINK , but i think i mignt have discovered the issue while on debug page i tried to add my new Visual and got the message that "Custom Visual nor certified by Microsoft are not allowed by my admin..... " .
(My visual is - HTML Visual, but it effects/filters my other visual that is Python visual 🙂 )
