&lt;P&gt;You can set up the Azure VM diagnostic by following this link&lt;A href="https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/windows-azure-virtual-machine-monitoring-with-wad-extension/" target="_self"&gt; Microsoft Azure Virtual Machine Monitoring with Azure Diagnostics Extension&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Since all of the diagnostic data collected was saved in a user storage account, you can access that data by using "Azure table storage" connector.&lt;/P&gt;
