      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need different views depending on the department, and whether it is a boss or an employee. How to do this? Without the user noticing that there are other views, and automatically get the user type?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
