I cant use python, i can use Power Query, SQL or ADF.

The coordinates you provided seem to be in the Israeli Transverse Mercator (ITM) coordinate system, and you likely want to convert these to a global coordinate system such as WGS84 (which uses latitude and longitude) to be able to use them in a map visual.

as I said, i cant use any programming language' only SQL or Azure Data Factory.

can I do it with this tools?
