Not Getting Required Running Total for Jobs that got completed yesterday

I am trying to visualize Jobs Running each day using running total so that it can aggregate all values according to time it get completed on that particular day. However for Today and previous days it is working fine and aggregating the value as required except yesterday.

For yesterday date it is not aggregating the value according the time.

I have use this measure to visualize running total:

Finished running total in START_DATE =
CALCULATE(
SUM('Query1'[Finished]),
FILTER(
ALLSELECTED('Query1'[START_DATE]),
ISONORAFTER('Query1'[START_DATE], MAX('Query1'[START_DATE]), DESC)
)
)

Visual for Today Running Total:

For Previous Days:

Would request you to please suggest the changes to get the correct visual of yesterday data .
