API Data Source doesn't return data

I am trying to connect an API data source to Power BI for the first time. I choose Get Data and Web. I add in the URL given as the API. The only data returned is "required login" and "true". When I add the web data link, there's no option for me to add any logins.

I'm stuck and need help. thanks!

@Anonymous It sounds like the API you're trying to connect to requires authentication before it allows you to access the data. To connect to an API with authentication in Power BI. Find out what type of authentication the API requires (e.g., API Key, OAuth, Basic Authentication, etc.)

If it's a specific method like OAuth, Power BI will prompt you for the necessary information (e.g., client ID, client secret, redirect URL, etc.).
