Are your clients viewing the Power BI report embedded in your own app ? If so I believe you should capture the bookmark state using the JavaScript API and pass it to Power Automate to be used when calling the "Export to File" API

I wanted to export a page with the current values selected in Power BI using Power Automate. I already tried to use Power Automate, however it is only reflecting the unfiltered data (default values). What I need is to have the end-user select from multiple slicers, then have it exported into a PDF file and sent it to email. Is there a way to do it using Power Automate?

Your end-users can be internal or external to your organization and don't need Power BI licenses to receive their PDFs.
