The CpuTimeMs records the amount of CPU time (in milliseconds) used by the event. The DurationMs records the amount of time (in milliseconds) taken by the operation. The difference between CpuTimeMs and DurationMs is that CpuTimeMs records the actual CPU time used by the operation, while DurationMs records the total time taken by the operation, including any waiting time.

I'm working on a project to measure performance of reports in Power BI and I'm trying to use data from Log Analytics. I was wondering what the difference is between CpuTimeMs and DurationMs?
