&lt;P&gt;You can surely do that. By&lt;A href="https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/documentation/powerbi-admin-rls/" target="_self"&gt; using Row Level Security&lt;/A&gt;, people would see the same visuals representing their own data.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is it possible to have&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;one&lt;/EM&gt; set of visualizations on a web app that every user is able to use/see, but the actual data that populates them will be specific to the user? i.e. same graphs, different data, for everyone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
