      <description>&lt;P&gt;good day,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i've been tasked with ingesting data into SQL table for avaya split/skills and agent data. My thing is i've never worked CMS, so i'm wondering if anyone can shed some light on how to structure the data in SQL for analytics purposes.
