Hello,

I need answer for a question :

I have some Premium Power BI licences.

I want to embed reports created by Premium Power BI users into Dynamics and allow free users to display it, is it possible ?

Hi @Anonymous ,

To share your personal dashboard that contains Power BI visualizations you must configure sharing in both Dataverse and Power BI, and the user or group must have the same credentials and appropriate level of access in both services.

Besides, what is your license? Power BI Premium or Premium Per User?

Your recipients also need Power BI Pro or Premium Per User (PPU) licenses, unless the content you want to share is in a Premium capacity.
