According to the error message, it seems that there is no related pbix file under the directory: <EM><STRONG>C:\Users\cbonier\Documents\</STRONG></EM>. Please check if it exist the pbix file named "<STRONG>REPORT FINANCE DEV.pbix</STRONG>" under the directory "<STRONG>C:\Users\cbonier\Documents\</STRONG>".
