Matrix with YoY comparison

Hello everyone, I have a matrix with the values of the metrics in the rows, and in the columns the months.

I'd like some ideas, or even some unofficial visuals to show off the previous year. In this case I'm using two matrices, one with the current year, and one with the previous year.

I would like to use a single array, in this same visual format.
