I think you may need to import a dictionary table that includes country names and zip/postal codes, then you can use this as a bridge to link the two tables which you mentioned. (these sample data can be found on the wiki or the official GIS sites)

Hey Forum,

i am currently working on a project where I do have one Table which includes only city names and the country name. In order to map this table with another table, which does include the postal code/zip code, I am searching for a way to find out the right Postal code for any city?

Unfortunately I also do not have the longitude or latitude date?

Is this possible? Any ideas?

Thank you very much.

Kind regards,

Jan
