      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I want to create the below matrix visual structure in Power BI.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Bhavya22_0-1645785972730.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.fabric.microsoft.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/675706i50FC44F10A11112B/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="Bhavya22_0-1645785972730.png" alt="Bhavya22_0-1645785972730.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have taken the matrix visual.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In that Cust_id, Customer, Region is taken as Rows.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A, B, C, D and Result is taken as Values.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Quarter and Month are taken as columns.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you please help to acheive this structure. Thank you in advance&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;As far as I know, there is no similar visual in power bi. You can only do this by custom visual.&lt;/P&gt;
