&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif"&gt;According to the snapshot error messages, it seems like the map visual usage has been turned off. Perhaps you can try to contact your admin to check on the admin portal to confirm if they turn off these options:&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I use a free account and I have a dashboard with a simple map. Recently the map stopped working, as shown in the attached image.
