Need a Power BI Embedded Consultant

I'm looking for a proven expert in Power BI Embedded. Where can I find one (I'll pay of course) ?

Sub-area of expertisse: I have my own website (built in C#) to which users log in with their user and password, and, depending on the use that logged in, session variables are set to determine, among other things, which one is the UserName() used by the report in Power BI Embedded . No RLS involved .

I've implemented all I say, but it doesn't work. Hence I need consulting help. Where? Who? etc..
