Access a shared report

Hello,
I am new to Power BI and am facing a problem.
Our client shared a report with my company and I need to access it through the Rest API.
Can you tell me how to do this?

Hello, thank you for your answer.
I already have access to the Power BI Rest API but cannot access the customer data that is being shared.

The link I have is in this form:

That is a link to the actual report, and it includes all the HTML code to render the report on your browser. That is different from accessing the underlying dataset via an API. Please clarify.

This is where my problem is, I have nothing but this address.

I've already done some testing using Power BI's Rest API.
I access my workspace but cannot access data shared by my client, the data made available via the link.

they may have attempted to share a report from a personal workspace. Ideally they should share a report from within an app on a premium capacity. See this doument for the mechanics.
