    <description>&lt;P&gt;This is where my problem is, I have nothing but this address.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've already done some testing using Power BI's Rest API.&lt;BR /&gt;I access my workspace but cannot access data shared by my client, the data made available via the link.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;That is a link to the actual report, and it includes all the HTML code to render the report on your browser.&amp;nbsp; That is different from accessing the underlying dataset via an API.&amp;nbsp; Please clarify.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;they may have attempted to share a report from a personal workspace.&amp;nbsp; Ideally they should share a report from within an app on a premium capacity.&amp;nbsp; See this doument for the mechanics.&lt;/P&gt;
