Matrix wrong summation

Hi everybody,

I use matrix to display data for products and their sales, the total of orders in the matrix is wrong however when I exported the data from the matrix and get their sum in the excel sheet it was right, where's the issue?!

sorry I didn't get the point.

I've a simple measure just sum without any filters

Open order SU sum = SUM('ZSKU SMO'[Column 2])

the total in the matrix is 11.1 however in the exported data it's 13.14

@Mai_Nashaat Any chance you can share the PBIX? Do you have any filters on the visual or page or report as a whole?

I suspect this error caused by table relationship. If you can represent your data model with dummy data and share a sample pbix, we can do more tests to troubleshoot.

the issue was in the master data I use for mapping the products and the customers.
