It helps users to accept and value your work. Moreover, UX/UI is not just about appearance, it is also about optimising the process and the way the user will use the report (and therefore its efficiency!).<BR /><BR /></P><P>Because UI/UX is often put on the second line, I can't find resources to improve the way I create a report.
