Security permissions when accessing data through REST API

I am planning to access data through a REST API. However, the data is sensitive and needs strict security measures for access. I know that I can set authentication within Power BI, but is there a security key or app key for Power BI I can generate so that I can add additional measures within the REST API endpoint to only allow data access from the Power BI report?

I don't think it is possible to add additional authorization with the REST API. (These keys and token only works for power bi rest API usages, you can config these account permissions on the azure side)
